I can remember as far back as a decade ago someone asking me “who listens to the President’s weekly radio address anyway?” It was a good point. To this day I cannot tell you what time or what AM station broadcasts this address. Yet, year after year it is delivered by the President. Often times, a sound bite is picked up by the media and you hear only a snippet of the broadcast.

Like everything else, that is about to, well, change.

Barack Obama today released his first weekly address. Except he released it on youtube. You can watch it here now, or if you can, find it on your local radio station when it airs over the weekend.
