US Victory at Bali Conference

Update from Bali: `Roadmap’ May Call for 25-40% Emissions Cuts

Developed countries may be asked to cut greenhouse-gas emissions by as much as 40 percent by 2020 as part of a negotiating mandate for a new global climate change treaty, said a United Nations official overseeing talks in Bali, according to Bloomberg.
The conservative Wall Street Journal doesn’t think much of the conference.
