Burning the Midnight Oil in Bali

Just yesterday it looked hopeless for an agreement to be reached at the UN sponsored conference on climate change in Bali. But there are reports emerging now from the conference that an accord, acceptable to the US, might be within reach. This is a major turn of events. Let’s hope the parties continue to talk.
