Number of conflicts in the world no longer declining

The Department of Peace and Conflict Research at Uppsala University reported today on an alarming, but not surprising trend in global conflicts.  After a precipitous and steady drop in conflicts through the 1990’s, conflicts are no longer in decline.

Musharraf Fails to Keep Pakistani Safe
